Privacy & data
Your company’s knowledge stays your company’s asset.
MindKnow is built to capture sensitive operating knowledge without changing who owns it. Pilot interviews are private and invitation-based, and knowledge-holder links do not automatically provide access to the full Company Brain.
Who owns my company’s data?
Your company does. MindKnow does not take ownership of your business knowledge, interview content, Company Brain, procedures, playbooks, or other information you provide. You retain ownership of your company information.
Who can access my company information?
Access is limited to people authorized to access your company workspace and, where necessary, MindKnow personnel supporting the service.
Does MindKnow sell my company data?
No. MindKnow does not sell your company’s business information.
What if MindKnow gets something wrong?
Company information can be reviewed and corrected. MindKnow is designed to preserve what your people actually know, so factual corrections should become part of the Company Brain rather than being treated as optional comments.
Can employees see the full Company Brain?
Not by default. A knowledge-holder interview link is intended to let that person contribute their knowledge without automatically giving them access to the company’s full Company Brain.
